Attorneys and professionals
A broker who works alongside the estate’s advisors
For estate and trust attorneys, financial advisors, senior move managers and others who help families through a property sale. I handle the real estate side and keep it coordinated with your guidance.
How I work with you
Clear roles from the start
Authority first
Before listing, I ask the estate’s attorney to confirm who has authority to sign and whether any approval is required, and I follow that guidance. I don’t give legal or tax advice.
Updates on an agreed schedule
At the start, the client and I agree on who receives updates. With the client’s direction, you can receive the same weekly updates, the preparation list and the one-page offer summaries.
Property logistics
Belongings, clean-out, repairs and vacancy are handled one decision at a time. I can share names of estate-sale, clean-out, donation or repair services as options to compare, not endorsements.
Evidence you can follow
Pricing recommendations come with the recent sales, competition and buyer activity behind them. A broker’s market analysis is for listing decisions only; it is not an appraisal.
Randy is also an Illinois Certified Residential Appraiser. This website covers his real estate brokerage services only.
Introducing a client
Referrals move at the client’s pace
With your client’s permission, introduce us by phone or email. I’ll follow up promptly, begin by listening and keep you informed as your client directs. There is no pressure to list, and we can prepare now and list when the estate is ready.
