Background
Randy helps executors, families and long-time homeowners sell residential real estate with clarity, structure and care, especially during estate and probate situations. He works primarily in DuPage, Kane and northwest Cook County.
Randy is also an Illinois Certified Residential Appraiser. That background informs how he compares properties and explains the evidence behind a pricing recommendation, so clients can make decisions with a clear picture of the market.
For estate matters, the goal is not just to sell a home, but to do it in a way that is thoughtful, well documented and coordinated with the estate’s attorney.
A two-person team
Randy and Allison work together as a two-person team.
Outside of real estate, Randy writes and records music and enjoys time with family and friends.
